Ladders is seeking a Group Leader I CEO to drive growth and operational discipline across multiple business units in a remote setting. The role partners with senior leaders to scale performance, strengthen execution, and support ongoing integrations within a fast-moving software environment.

The ideal candidate will shape long-term direction while delivering measurable improvements in revenue, customer satisfaction, reporting quality, and operating effectiveness.

Formación

• 10+ years of leadership experience in the software industry, ideally in vertical SaaS.
• Proven success scaling multiple businesses through organic growth and M&A integration.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Financial acumen with P&L management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute long-term growth strategies and operational KPIs
• Mentor and coach business unit leaders on best practices and cross-unit collaboration
• Monitor operational metrics to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Lead the integration of newly acquired entities into the organization’s operating model
• Guide product innovation initiatives and evaluate AI/ML feasibility
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies
• Strengthen data-driven decision-making and improve financial reporting accuracy
