Ladders is seeking a Leadership Advisor to partner with senior executives and leadership teams, strengthening effectiveness, alignment, and performance across the organization. You will blend advisory insight with rigorous analysis to guide succession, growth, and organizational challenges, while building enduring executive relationships.

Remote role with a focus on delivering thoughtful recommendations that support long-term leadership outcomes and meaningful impact for influential leaders

Qualifications

• MBA, PhD, or equivalent preferred, with 7+ years of post-graduate experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior-level clients.
• Strong analytical capabilities to extract insights from complex data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess and coach executives and teams
• Deliver insights and recommendations on leadership and organizational effectiveness
• Advise on CEO succession, leadership growth, and team effectiveness
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive clients
• Lead engagements through qualitative data analysis for strategic outcomes
• Empower teams and drive results that enhance leadership and performance
