• Prior P&L responsibility and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a large, complex customer program.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Directly manage, develop, and support the delivery team.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure goals are met.
• Identify and address operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership.
