Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is recruiting for a remote, home office based leader to drive service strategy across a major region in the United States. The role requires direct oversight of cross-functional teams and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and HQ to meet financial and customer objectives.

The successful candidate will manage a regional P&L over $40M, influence decisions at the executive level, and lead a 100+ person team. Travel to support the business will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 15 years progressively responsible management experience (preferably in medical imaging).
• 5 years senior-level leadership in a medical imaging/high-tech, national service organization, with at least 10 years field-based.

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional alignment between Service, Sales, Operations and business units to drive regional results.
• Own region P&L with responsibility exceeding $40M; drive growth, margins and asset management.
• Leverage cross-regional and HQ resources to develop winning strategies and improve processes.
• Partner with Sales to convert bookings to billings and meet budgets and timelines.
• Build and maintain executive relationships up to the C-suite; ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Lead a team of 100+ management, administrative and technical staff.
• Provide product and market feedback to CMSU executives on trends and customer needs.
• Approximately 20% of time dedicated to special projects by the VP of Service.
