Canon USA is seeking a senior program leader to own and drive a large, complex customer program remotely. You will oversee daily operations, manage the delivery team, and ensure client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, relationship management, and process optimization to reduce costs and improve service value. Requirements include a bachelor's degree with 9+ years of related experience, plus hands-on P&L responsibility and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 9 years of related experience.
• Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
• Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Directly manage, develop, and support the team delivering services.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure program goals are met.
• Identify and address operational issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
• Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive client outcomes.
