Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Senior Global Program Manager to lead a large, complex customer program with hands-on leadership, focusing on service delivery, customer satisfaction, and value realization. The role requires program management expertise, customer service acumen, and team leadership.

This fully remote position offers early morning hours and requires 9+ years of related experience with P&L responsibility, customer success experience preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 9 years of related experience.
• Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
• Previous P&L responsibility and experience in a customer service environment.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• Requires leadership, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve customer issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.
• Directly manage, develop, and support the delivery team responsible for serving the customer.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure program goals are met.
• Identify and address operational issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
• Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
• Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes.
