Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 7 years of related experience; master's preferred.
• Technical program management experience with large enterprise customers.
• Advanced MS Office, Visio and PowerPoint preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across multi-state sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic multi-country customer implementations and PMO governance.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and standardized workflows for projects.
• Provide KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, IT.
• Manage scope, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
