Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Global Account Manager to drive growth in our Asset Lifecycle Management business. You will build and expand strategic accounts in hardware and technology, acting as a trusted advisor through complex transitions such as recovery for re-use and trade-in programs.

The role focuses on strategic growth, lifecycle integration, and executive-level influence across a global, fast-paced team with a commitment to sustainability and security.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise sales and managing complex global SLAs/KPIs.
• Deep IT hardware lifecycle knowledge, including reverse logistics and trade-in programs.
• Proven ability to build and maintain consultative, long-term relationships with global enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow market share and revenue.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle initiatives from acquisition to recovery and reintegration of assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and C-suite stakeholders to deliver scalable service offerings.
