Sinch is expanding its North America Financial Services practice and seeking a Senior Manager to drive regional strategy and partnerships. The role centers on translating strategic vision into scalable commercial outcomes, aligning sales, product, and operations to accelerate growth.

You will work with global and regional leaders, influence go-to-market execution, and shape strategic initiatives across key customers and prospects in the financial sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology, fintech, or related field including leadership roles.
• Strong credibility with senior executives and ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and financial services landscape.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and success of Sinch's services across North America within the Financial Services vertical.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and translate complex concepts into actionable guidance for sales and account teams.
• Analyze customer portfolio to identify expansion opportunities across industries and geographies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop compelling value propositions and differentiate Sinch.
• Scale enablement strategies for commercial teams to position and grow Sinch's solutions.
• Act as voice of the customer to inform product and solution development.
• Ensure teams have resources, insights, and best practices to succeed.
