Job summary

Sinch is expanding its global Financial Services team and is seeking a Senior Manager to drive regional strategy in North America. You will orchestrate go-to-market initiatives, align sales, product, marketing, and operations to win new business and expand existing relationships.

You will partner with global leadership, translate visionary goals into executable plans, and mentor commercial teams while traveling to engage customers and industry audiences as a recognized Sinch thought leader.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology with leadership of teams or strategic programs.
• Experience navigating global, multicultural organizations.
• Strong credibility with senior executives and strategic customers.
• Understanding of payments ecosystem and financial services.
• Ability to translate vision into execution and drive GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and success of Sinch services across North America within the financial services vertical.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and position solutions for Sales and Account Management teams.
• Analyze customer portfolio to identify expansion opportunities across industries and geographies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop compelling value propositions.
• Define and scale enablement for commercial teams.
• Represent Sinch as a trusted industry expert at events and meetings.
• Work cross-functionally across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
• This is an individual contributor role with significant business impact.
