You will develop SOPs, resolve billing discrepancies, analyze KPIs, mentor teammates, and lead cost-saving initiatives to maximize transportation spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years in freight audit, transportation finance, or AP in high-volume environment.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle, TMS, and ERP systems; Salesforce familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine SOPs for freight auditing and invoice aging.
• Audit freight invoices and ensure accurate general ledger coding.
• Generate KPI reports on audit and payment activity.
• Resolve carrier invoice disputes per terms and audits.
• Train carriers on proper invoicing procedures.
• Manage payment system queues and resolve errors with IT/Finance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
