Circle Logistics, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing sales team in a fully remote capacity. You will own the entire customer lifecycle—from prospecting and winning new business to managing freight and growing long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of freight brokerage experience, a strong sales mindset, and thrives in a high-volume outbound environment, including 150+ outbound calls per day. Bilingual is a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years of freight brokerage experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business (B2B).
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage relationships and pipelines.
• Strong understanding of freight brokerage processes and terminology.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting (150+ calls/day).
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through high-volume outbound calling.
• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and freight opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and grow a profitable book of business.
• Oversee freight lifecycle from pickup to delivery and coordinate with carriers.
