Job summary

Circle Logistics is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing sales team in a fully remote capacity. You will own the entire customer lifecycle—from prospecting and winning new business to managing freight and growing long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of freight brokerage experience, a strong sales mindset, and thrives in a high-volume outbound environment. Flatbed, OD, Expedited, AOG, or Aerospace freight experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of freight brokerage experience.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience with Flatbed, OD, Expedited, AOG, or Aerospace freight is highly valued.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through high-volume outbound calling, networking, and referrals.
• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and freight opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through closing.
• Develop and grow a profitable book of business.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of shipments from pickup through delivery.
