Job summary

Circle Logistics is looking for a proven Senior Account Manager to join our growing sales team. If you're an experienced freight brokerage professional who knows how to prospect, build relationships, move freight, and grow a book of business, this is an opportunity to take ownership of your success.

This role is fully remote in the United States with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and high-volume activity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of freight brokerage experience required.
• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of generating new business.
• Demonstrated success in a performance- or commission-driven sales environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and pipelines.
• Strong understanding of freight brokerage processes, terminology, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through high-volume outbound calling, networking, and referrals.
• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and freight opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through closing.
• Develop and grow a profitable book of business.
• Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase freight volume.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal operations teams to ensure successful load execution.
• Negotiate customer and carrier rates while protecting profit margins.
• Provide proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
