Job summary

Tines is seeking a founding member of our forward deployed team to work with strategic enterprise customers on AI adoption. You will own the full customer success arc from adoption to discovering new value, ensuring the platform delivers measurable outcomes in practice.

Based remotely in MST or PST, you will travel 20-40% to sites, train stakeholders, resolve blockers, and partner with engineering, product, and GTM to drive adoption and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable value from complex technical products in enterprise environments.
• Strong engineering skills to own integrations, troubleshoot production issues and understand customer infrastructure.
• Strong Python skills; TypeScript and Java or similar preferred.
• Production experience with LLMs and AI systems: prompt engineering, agent workflows, deployment at scale.
• Ability to train, enable and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• High agency and resourcefulness with ownership of accounts.
• Strong communication skills: clear, confident, low-ego.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment: lead technical implementation within enterprise environments, integrating with existing systems and configuring workflows.
• Drive adoption across the organisation by training users and stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and develop new use cases by understanding each customer's business and surface opportunities.
• Be the primary technical point of contact, troubleshoot issues, run workshops, and answer questions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships from daily users to executive sponsors.
• Feed insights back to product by surfacing friction points and valuable use cases.
• Travel 20-40% to customer sites to build trust and accelerate adoption.
