Eliza Solutions Corp. is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to tackle the hardest client problems, owning architecture and delivery from problem definition to shipped outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend/full-stack depth.
• Own complex, ambiguous work from definition through production.
• Strong Python and at least one other language (JS/TS or Go).
• Proven delivery of real-world ML/AI systems in production.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), IaC, and CI/CD.
• Excellent client communication and ability to explain tradeoffs.
• Sound architectural judgment and ability to elevate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for a major engagement or workstream.
• Translate ambiguous client needs into actionable execution plans.
• Own architecture and tradeoffs for your workstream.
• Design and deploy production AI systems using Python and ML frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar on technical standards.
• Build reusable patterns from solutions for future engagements.
