Job summary

You will work directly with customers, build and deploy production solutions, develop integrations and tooling, and translate feedback into actionable requirements while owning projects from discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong systems, API, integration, and debugging skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements and operational challenges with customers.
• Build, deploy, and customize production solutions in customer environments.
• Develop integrations, automation, APIs, and internal tooling.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application and infrastructure layers.
• Own projects from discovery through deployment and iteration.
