Talanto in the United States is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to close the gap between prototype and real-world AI impact. This role blends field engineering with change management, delivering tailored AI solutions that teams actually adopt and measure value from.

You will work at the intersection of engineering and transformation, translating client challenges into deployable, scalable AI systems across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent high-level training in CS or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production.
• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK).
• Experience with API integration and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to translate client needs into deployable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ business needs and translate into deployable AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLM-based systems (agents, RAG pipelines, workflows).
• Integrate solutions into client environments via APIs and tools.
• Train and evangelize teams to adopt deployed AI tools.
• Iterate with stakeholders to maximize impact in production.
• Bridge between tech teams and business decision-makers.
