Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Services to lead regional commercial strategy for North America. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align offerings with customer needs and market dynamics.

You will drive growth of banks, fintechs, insurers, and other financial institutions while enabling the sales team to expand existing relationships and win new business.

Qualifications

• Eight-plus years in technology, with leadership of teams, initiatives, or strategic programs.
• Experience navigating global, multicultural organizations in fast-paced, commercially focused environments.
• Strong credibility with senior executives and ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
• Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem and financial services landscape.
• Proven ability to translate vision into execution and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize competing requirements and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel internationally to build relationships and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, adoption, and success of Sinch's services across North America within the financial services vertical.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and translate complex concepts for Sales and Account Management teams worldwide.
• Analyze customer portfolio to identify expansion opportunities and prioritize investments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop compelling value propositions and strengthen differentiation.
• Define and scale enablement strategies for commercial teams across regions and functions.
• Serve as voice of the customer to inform product strategy and future innovation.
• Ensure resources and insights are available to commercial teams for positioning and growth.
• Represent Sinch as a trusted industry leader through meetings, events, and speaking engagements.
• Operate as an individual contributor with significant impact through collaboration and influence.
