Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks an Advanced Field Service Engineer to lead remote and on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment. You will create training materials, drive process improvements, and act as escalation point across field teams, while traveling up to 75% and working on a remote schedule within the US.

You must have 7+ years in field service, strong documentation skills, and ability to obtain clearance.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical installation, integration, and field service experience.
7+ years of customer service experience providing technical support and client relationships.
7+ years of experience preparing technical documentation, service reports, and customer communications.
Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance or active clearance.
Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation approximately every five weeks.
Domestic and international travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical projects ensuring delivery and customer satisfaction.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime.
Implement, configure, and deploy Honeywell solutions per requirements.
Develop technical documentation and deliver training to customers and field staff.
Perform on-site and remote installation, commissioning, and integration activities.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle support of complex systems.
Deliver technical presentations and solution briefings to customers and stakeholders.
Analyze service trends and root causes to drive improvement and efficiency.
