Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to lead installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment across remote and on-site settings in the US. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop technical documentation, deliver training, and act as the primary Honeywell face to customers, peers, and end-users at conferences.

Qualifications

7+ years in installation, integration, and field service for electronic security systems.
7+ years in customer service with technical support and client management.
7+ years in technical documentation and customer communications.
Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance or active clearance.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime.
Implement, configure, and deploy Honeywell solutions per customer requirements.
Develop technical documentation and deliver training to customers and field technicians.
Perform on-site and remote installation, commissioning, and system integration activities.
Execute maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle support of complex equipment and systems.
Deliver technical presentations and solution briefings to customers and stakeholders.
Analyze service trends and perform root cause investigations for continuous improvement.
