Axiom is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Readiness to optimize seller execution across designated segments. This hands-on role diagnoses readiness gaps, architects solutions, builds content, and measures behavior change, closely partnering with field leadership and enablement teams.

You will design learning journeys, facilitate workshops, and ensure programs are actionable and impactful, leveraging digital tools and global programs while respecting field realities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive sales enablement experience in field-facing enablement or performance-consulting.
• Strong instructional-design and curriculum-development capability across ILT, virtual, workshops, blended and self-paced learning.
• Excellent facilitation skills with credibility when working with sellers and sales leaders.
• Experience building or evolving enablement capabilities, systems, or processes in growing organizations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Field to understand segment priorities and seller workflows.
• Diagnose performance gaps using field observations and data to set enablement priorities.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys and bespoke programs for assigned segments.
• Facilitate practical learning experiences and support activation of global programs.
• Leverage Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise to build digital courseware and LMS deployments.
