Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Senior Manager, Enablement Learning Experience to design and deliver high-impact learning for a remote U.S. sales organization.

You will translate business priorities into practical programs, partner with SMEs, and build scalable digital and live learning experiences that improve seller performance. The role requires 5+ years in sales enablement, strong command of Articulate 360, Seismic, and LMS tools, plus excellent storytelling and executive-quality materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or a closely related enablement function.
• Hands-on experience building enablement programs and learning experiences, not just managing vendors.
• Strong hands-on expertise with digital learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise).
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and information design for executive-ready materials.
• Experience with Seismic or similar enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-impact self-paced learning experiences translating complex concepts into practical, actionable content.
• Build digital learning using tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or comparable authoring platforms.
• Create and edit video, audio, graphics, presentations, and other multimedia components to support modern learning experiences.
• Develop polished facilitator materials and scalable learning journeys for live and virtual enablement.
• Partner with SMEs and Enablement leaders to align objectives with business outcomes.
