Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Readiness to embed with the sales field and accelerate seller readiness across designated segments. You will diagnose where execution breaks down, translate insights into practical enablement, and build end-to-end learning experiences aligned to business priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive sales enablement experience, ideally with field-facing enablement or performance-consulting
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose performance and execution gaps and translate them into practical solutions
• Strong instructional-design and curriculum-development capability across ILT, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning
• Hands-on experience building digital learning and courseware using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or comparable tools
• Experience with learning management systems and enablement technologies
• Excellent facilitation skills and credibility working with sellers and sales leaders

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Field to understand segment priorities, seller workflows, and business challenges
• Diagnose performance gaps using field observations, data, and feedback
• Design end-to-end learning journeys with live, self-paced, practice, and reinforcement components
• Develop bespoke programs for assigned sales segments and tailor to local needs
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and drive behavior change
• Measure adoption and impact and iterate programs accordingly
