Job summary

Axiom, a leading global marketplace for on-demand legal talent, seeks a Senior Director, Global Enablement Programs to translate strategy into scalable enablement initiatives that boost seller and manager capability and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

The role requires building operating disciplines, quality standards, and measurement practices, partnering across RevOps, GTM, and Sales leadership to continuously improve programs for a global organization. Remote, US-based.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or related function, with significant leadership experience.
• Experience designing and leading scalable Enablement programs in a complex B2B environment.
• Demonstrated experience building or evolving new-hire onboarding and ramp programs.
• Strong analytical orientation with experience defining KPIs and using insights to improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of foundational, role-agnostic Global Enablement Programs aligned to commercial priorities.
• Translate Enablement strategy into sequenced programs, learning experiences, reinforcement, and field execution.
• Establish learning objectives and ensure deliverables are designed to meet them.
• Improve rigor and consistency in development, launch, reinforcement, and measurement of Enablement programs.
• Partner with Enablement team and SMEs to maintain quality standards grounded in adult-learning principles.
• Oversee onboarding and ramp programs for new hires to accelerate readiness and productivity.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional partners to translate learning into field performance.
• Establish KPIs, baselines, and insights to regularly assess program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Ensure programs connect learning to real commercial outcomes and manager-led coaching.
