Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Senior Manager, Enablement Learning Experience to lead scalable, high-impact learning for a global sales enablement organization. This role blends instructional design with hands-on creation of self-paced, digital experiences and live workshops to drive behavior change across sellers and leaders.

You will partner across Enablement to translate business priorities into learning architectures, develop objective-based curricula, and deliver practical, engaging experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or revenue enablement.
• Experience building enablement programs and learning experiences.
• Strong expertise with digital learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise).
• Experience creating and editing video and multimedia content.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and information design.

Responsibilities

• Build high-impact self-paced learning experiences translating complex concepts into actionable outcomes.
• Develop digital learning using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or similar tools.
• Create and edit multimedia assets for modern learning experiences.
• Produce polished PowerPoint presentations and facilitator materials.
• Develop job aids, practice activities, assessments, and performance-support resources.
• Architect blended learning journeys with self-paced, live workshops, and reinforcement.
