Job summary

Axiom, a leading global marketplace for on-demand legal talent, seeks a Senior Manager, Field Readiness to improve seller execution across designated segments. Embedded with the field, you’ll diagnose needs, architect solutions, build content, and measure impact to ensure practical enablement.

You will partner with sales leadership to design end-to-end learning journeys using Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise, leveraging LMS tools and global programs while tailoring to segment realities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales enablement or field-facing enablement roles.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Hands-on experience building digital learning using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise.
• Experience with learning management systems and enablement tech.
• Excellent facilitation and collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field to understand segment priorities and seller workflows.
• Diagnose performance gaps and translate insights into enablement priorities.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys and bespoke programs.
• Develop facilitator-led and digital learning experiences.
• Facilitate engaging sessions and reinforce learning with managers.
• Measure adoption, impact, and iterate based on feedback.
