Job summary

Horizon3.ai in Washington, DC area seeks a Senior Account Executive for the Intelligence Community. You will own a named IC portfolio, drive the full sales cycle, and work with mission security, accrediting officials, and primes to win and expand contracts.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and proven IC relationships, with a focus on credibility in cleared environments and ability to navigate RMF/IC overlays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record selling enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS into the IC with multi-million quotas.

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of IC customers with annual net-new ARR quota and expansion targets.
• Build mission-level account plans identifying mission system, owner, funding, accreditation path, and contract route.
• Prospect and source pipeline through cleared channels, engaging mission owners, CIO/CISO, security teams, and accreditation staff.
• Qualify against IC buying reality with sponsor, funding, accreditation path, and contract route.
• Run range with Federal Sales Engineering and convert results into a mission and security case with executive readouts.
• Navigate RMF IC overlays, ICD 503, CNSSI 1253, ATO processes, and cross-domain considerations.
• Represent Horizon3 credibly with IC leadership and at conferences, feeding field intelligence to Product/Marketing.
• Protect and expand IC relationships with Success and Renewals, driving multi-year commitments.
