Job summary

Horizon3.ai is hiring a Senior Federal Account Executive, Civilian, to own and grow a defined portfolio of cabinet-level civilian agencies. You will manage the full sales cycle from discovery to value proof, with NodeZero Federal already FedRAMP High authorized for government use.

The ideal candidate has a track record of exceeding civilian quotas, deep knowledge of federal procurement, and strong relationships across agency sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Must reside in or relocate to the DC Metro area.
• US persons only; ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of civilian agencies with an ARR quota.
• Develop mission-aligned account plans and sponsor maps.
• Prospect and generate self-sourced pipeline to agency stakeholders.
• Navigate federal procurement vehicles and contracting paths.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene and weekly forecasts.
• Represent Horizon3.ai to agency leadership and at events.
