Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a large, geographically dispersed portfolio of approximately 185 healthcare-related locations. This remote role oversees facility operations, vendor performance, maintenance programs, budgeting, and client satisfaction for a leading healthcare organization.

You will manage budgets and expenses, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service and building strong client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management, building operations, property management, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, and facility operations.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses.
• Proven work order management experience within a multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and contractor performance.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance across ~185 locations.
• Manage work order processes, ensuring timely, accurate service requests.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and high service levels.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and projects.
• Prepare, manage, and track operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Conduct facility assessments to identify improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and regulatory requirements.
