OpenLoop is hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter to drive sourcing and early engagement for our most senior and executive-level searches, primarily remotely. You will partner with the recruiting team from intake through close, growing toward full-cycle executive recruiting as you demonstrate impact.

You will map talent across spaces, use creative channels beyond LinkedIn, and maintain accurate pipelines in Ashby. Expect collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers across the business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Ability to engage senior and C-level candidates confidently.
• Curious, resourceful, and able to adapt searches across industries.
• Discreet handling of confidential searches and sensitive information.
• Self-motivated with desire to grow into full-cycle executive recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and early outreach on senior/executive-level searches.
• Map talent across spaces, identify candidates beyond traditional channels.
• Use diverse channels and networks to source hidden talent.
• Be the first voice to candidates with credible outreach and initial screens.
• Maintain clean pipelines in Ashby and collaborate with recruiters.
• Help shape job specs, scorecards, and market insights to sharpen strategy.
• Grow into full-cycle executive recruiting over time.
