Job summary

Talos is hiring a Senior Associate, Recruiting in New York for revenue and operations roles. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle—from defining role scope with managers to sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates—while leveraging Ashby and RecOps support for scheduling.

Expect engagement with senior leaders and a data-driven approach to hiring outcomes across a fast-moving team. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, benchmark compensation, and drive high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple business functions.
• Ability to source and close candidates across fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Ashby is a clear advantage.
• Basic understanding of capital markets, fintech, or digital assets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Revenue & Operations roles across Talos.
• Source, engage, and close candidates in a wide range of functions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle in Ashby with RecOps support for scheduling.
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation, and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Use data to forecast time-to-fill and share insights with leadership.
• Improve recruiting processes as the org scales.
