Responsibilities

• Execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients.
• Interview candidates and match them with dream organizations and careers.
• Identify new clients while focusing on existing Clients and maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to Clients and Candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer opportunities for career growth and clear performance expectations.
