Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced compensation professional to shape executive compensation strategy and provide strategic advisory to senior HR and business leaders. You will lead market analyses, pricing, and governance efforts, partnering with Finance, Legal, and the executive team to design incentives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in compensation analysis, compensation management, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
• Experience supporting executive compensation governance and Compensation Committee processes.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Shape compensation strategy: Develop recommendations balancing external market practices, internal equity, priorities, and financial stewardship.
• Drive executive market analysis: Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking for executive roles.
• Advise senior leaders: Partner with HR and compensation teams on recruitment, retention, succession, and organizational change.
• Inform strategic decisions: Analyze market trends and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead incentive program design: Develop and maintain executive incentive and variable compensation programs.
