Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a leader to shape executive compensation strategy that supports leadership, performance, and long-term success. You will advise senior HR and business leaders on governance, market competitiveness, and program administration, partnering across HR, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.

You’ll drive analyses, provide data-driven recommendations, and contribute to board-related activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Five or more years of experience in compensation analysis, compensation management, or related roles within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Shape compensation strategy: Develop recommendations balancing external market practices, internal equity, priorities, and financial stewardship.
Drive executive market analysis: Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking for executive roles.
Advise senior leaders: Partner with compensation leadership and HR teams on recruitment, retention, succession planning, and organizational change.
Inform strategic decisions: Analyze market trends and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Lead incentive program design: Design, evaluate, and maintain executive incentive and variable compensation programs.
Model potential outcomes: Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis on compensation programs.
Strengthen reporting and governance: Develop dashboards and reports to support Compensation Committee and Board activities.
