Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst to serve as a strategic compensation resource for senior HR and business leaders. The role leads complex analyses, benchmarks executive pay, and supports Governance, Compensation Committee and Board activities.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and executives to design and maintain compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness, regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required; experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, compensation management, or related roles within the healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, and salary administration practices.
• Advanced Excel capabilities including modeling, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation recommendations balancing market practices, internal considerations, and fiscal stewardship.
• Perform job evaluations and market pricing studies for executive roles.
• Partner with compensation leadership and HR to address recruitment, retention, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Conduct executive compensation benchmarking studies and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead design, evaluation, and maintenance of executive incentive and variable compensation programs.
