Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• Five or more years in compensation analysis, compensation management, or related roles within healthcare.
• Experience supporting executive compensation governance and Compensation Committee processes.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shape compensation strategy balancing external market practices, internal equity, organizational priorities, and financial stewardship.
• Drive executive market analysis: conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking studies for executive positions.
• Advise senior leaders on recruitment, retention, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Inform strategic decisions: translate market trends into actionable insights for leadership.
• Lead incentive program design and governance for executive compensation.
• Model financial outcomes and scenario analyses for program effectiveness.
• Strengthen reporting and governance with dashboards and analyses for the Compensation Committee and Board.
