Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Senior Compensation Consultant to drive enterprise compensation strategy and partner with SVP HR and executive leadership. You will translate business priorities into competitive, equitable pay programs and lead complex initiatives such as restructures and leadership transitions.

This role also mentors analysts and delivers data-driven insights to influence governance and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred; CCP certification preferred.
10-12 years of progressive compensation consulting and leadership experience.
Experience advising senior leaders on pay equity, market competitiveness and governance.

Responsibilities

Serves as senior compensation consultant and trusted advisor to SVP HR and executive leadership.
Lead compensation support for complex initiatives: restructures, acquisitions, leadership transitions.
Advise on pay equity, market positioning, retention strategies, and enterprise implications.
Develops compensation strategies with business cases, financial models, and executive presentations.
Oversees delivery of compensation analyses and mentors analysts on complex issues.
Partners with HR leaders to identify risks and opportunities across client groups.
