Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR management or related field; experience may substitute for degree.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or management within healthcare.
• Experience conducting executive market pricing and incentive plan administration.
• Experience presenting compensation information to senior leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills with data modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation recommendations balancing market practices and organizational strategy.
• Perform job evaluations and market pricing studies for executive positions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to address recruitment, retention, and succession issues.
• Conduct benchmarking studies of executive compensation and governance.
• Provide dashboards, reports, and tools to support decision-making.
• Lead design and ongoing maintenance of executive incentive programs.
