Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist to join our remote team. You will oversee loans with mortgage insurance, reconcile monthly premiums exceeding $33 million, and place escrow stops on pending refinances.

This is an experienced level role requiring 3–4 years in banking/finance or escrow, proficiency with FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot and OnBase, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred but not required.
• Experience using mortgage loan servicing systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• 3–4 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Complete tasks in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Assist escrow management with boarding and reconciliation for recently acquired loan populations.
• Oversee loans with active mortgage insurance (FHA/MIP/USDA).
• Reconcile, process, and bulk transfer monthly payments for FHA/PMI/USDA.
• Communicate with FHA/PMI/USDA vendors to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Generate data points and prepare reports for monthly business reviews.
• Perform quality control reviews and relay information to escrow management.
