Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist to manage escrow processes for loans with mortgage insurance. You will reconcile premiums and place escrow stops on refinances, working remotely from home with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee FHA/PMI/USDA related tasks, coordinate with vendors, and generate data for monthly reviews, while mentoring junior staff and handling complex escrow issues.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Experience using mortgage loan servicing and loan origination systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• 3-4 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management; meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to troubleshoot escrow issues with significant impact.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee loans with mortgage insurance and reconcile premiums.
• Reconcile, process, and bulk transfer monthly payments for FHA/PMI/USDA.
• Escalate complex escrow issues and propose solutions to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with escrow management for onboarding and reconciliations.
