Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in banking/mortgage, experience with FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, and Microsoft Office, and strong analytical abilities. Starting pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred but not required.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing and loan originating systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• 3–4 years banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and troubleshoot complex escrow issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee escrow tasks with regulatory compliance.
• Boarding and reconciliation for recently acquired loan populations.
• Oversee loans with active mortgage insurance (FHA/MIP/USDA).
• Reconcile and bulk transfer monthly payments for FHA/PMI/USDA.
• Communicate with FHA/PMI/USDA vendors to resolve issues.
• Process refinance-pending loans to stop escrow disbursements.
• Generate data points for daily/weekly tasking and monthly reviews.
• Perform quality control and escalate complex escrow issues.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
