Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist to work remotely from home. The role includes overseeing loans with mortgage insurance, reconciling and paying monthly premiums, and stopping escrow disbursements on refinances.

Candidates should have 3–4 years in banking/finance with mortgage escrow experience. The position pays $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with standard benefits and compliance with US regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage loan servicing platforms and process flows.
• 3–4 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate across levels.

Responsabilités

• Oversee loans with mortgage insurance and reconcile monthly premiums.
• Advise escrow management on onboarding and reconciliation for new loan pools.
• Perform independent oversight of loans with active mortgage insurance (FHA/MIP/USDA).
• Reconcile, process, and bulk transfer monthly payments for FHA/PMI/USDA.
• Communicate with FHA/PMI/USDA vendors to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Flag loans pending refinance to stop escrow disbursements and report findings.
