Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist to manage escrow processes for loans with mortgage insurance and ensure timely reconciliation of FHA/PMI/USDA payments.

This role requires experience with FiServ, Encompass, and related tools, plus strong Excel abilities. The position is remote from home in the United States, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and accurate data reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• Strong Excel, Teams and Outlook skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Oversee loans with mortgage insurance (FHA/MIP/USDA) and escrow processes.
• Reconcile and process monthly payments, including bulk transfers.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Escalate complex escrow issues to leadership and recommend solutions.
• Generate data points for monthly business reviews and support QA for juniors.
