Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist to oversee loans with mortgage insurance premiums and to reconcile and pay monthly premiums exceeding $33 million.

The role includes performing Escrow Liaison Level II duties and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The position is remote with starting pay of $22.00-$25.00 per hour and requires 3–4 years in banking/finance/mortgage or escrow, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage complex escrow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years banking/finance/mortgage/escrow experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform Escrow Liaison Level II and Senior duties.

Responsabilités

• Oversee loans with mortgage insurance premiums and escrow processes.
• Reconcile and pay mortgage insurance premiums exceeding $33M monthly.
• Perform escrow stops on loans pending refinance.
• Communicate with FHA/PMI/USDA vendors to resolve issues.
• Produce data points for daily/weekly tasks and monthly reviews.
• Quality control reviews and escalation of complex escrow issues.
