Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist to remotely oversee escrow processes, reconcile mortgage insurance premiums, and manage escrow stops on loans pending refinances.

The role requires experience with FHA/MIP/USDA and Escrow Liaison duties, performed under applicable laws and company policies. The role involves data compilation, QA reviews, and collaboration with management to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• 3–4 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee escrow-related processes in line with regulatory requirements.
• Boarding and reconciliation for recently acquired loan populations.
• Oversee loans with active mortgage insurance (FHA/MIP/USDA) and manage monthly payments.
• Communicate with FHA/PMI/USDA vendors to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Stop escrow disbursements for loans pending refinance and generate data for MBRs.
• Support junior staff through data compilation and quality control reviews.
• Escalate complex escrow issues to management with recommended solutions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
