Carrington Mortgage Services is hiring a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist to remotely oversee escrow processes and mortgage insurance-related tasks. You will reconcile mortgage insurance payments exceeding $33 million monthly and manage escrow stops on refi loans.

The role demands experience in Escrow Liaison duties, strong regulatory compliance, and proficiency with mortgage servicing systems. Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to handle Escrow Liaison Level II duties and senior duties.

Responsabilités

• Oversee loans with mortgage insurance and reconcile monthly mortgage insurance payments.
• Boarding and reconciliation for newly acquired loan populations.
• Independent oversight of loans with active mortgage insurance (FHA/MIP/USDA).
• Reconcile, process, and bulk transfer monthly payments for FHA/PMI/USDA.
• Communicate with FHA/PMI/USDA vendors to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Flag loans pending refinance to stop escrow disbursements and report findings.
