Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist to oversee mortgage insurance processes and escrow reconciliations. The role requires moderate to high complexity handling and compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred but not required.
• 3–4 years of banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing and loan-originating systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee loans with active mortgage insurance and reconcile monthly mortgage insurance payments.
• Perform Escrow Vendor Specialist Level II tasks with accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile, process, and bulk transfer monthly payments for FHA/PMI/USDA.
• Communicate with FHA/PMI/USDA vendors to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Generate data points and assist in monthly business reviews.
• Provide quality control and coaching to junior staff.
