Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist to oversee escrow processes for loans with mortgage insurance, reconcile and pay premiums, and place escrow stops during refinances.

This role requires Escrow Liaison Level II duties and a strong ability to handle complex tasks under regulatory guidelines. The position offers remote work from home with starting pay between $22 and $25 per hour and opportunities to work with FHA/PMI/USDA loan portfolios.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years banking/finance/mortgage or escrow experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience with mortgage servicing/origination systems (FiServ/Sagent, Encompass, Digital Portal, AutoPilot, OnBase).
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Oversee escrow processes with mortgage insurance requirements.
• Reconcile and pay mortgage insurance premiums monthly.
• Stop escrow disbursements on loans pending refinance.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership and recommend solutions.
• Generate data points and assist in monthly business reviews.
