hybrid work arrangement with in‑office expectations near Albuquerque, NM. Candidates must have Epic certifications and 2+ years of Epic experience, with additional IT/business background to support delivery and training efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years' IT or business experience.
2 years of Epic specific experience; 6 years' additional experience can substitute for degree.
Epic certified in supporting the application and related areas.

Responsibilities

Routinely analyze workflows, data, and technical issues in Epic software; design, build, test, and maintain solutions.
Provide tier-2 support of incidents; on-call coverage as required.
Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality.
Modify Epic records, tables and master files to support design and changes.
